PE DAY at BAGYODate: Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009 Alas! PE day is finally over. Congratulations to those teams who won. It was a tough day for everyone. It is really a pain in the ass(LITERALLY O_O) to sit for a long time... But I guess, it was fun watching the games, especially the volleyball boys and girls. ![]() BAGYO SA PINAS!: My sister got stranded in a bus (In Banawe) for MORE THAN 6 hours from NOW! I think she will be sleeping there (In the bus). I feel worried for her because there is no food and water. My mother is also stranded in MOA. She's currently with my two uncles and two cousins. My father is left in our house in Quezon City. My mother said that our house is currently brownout. It is a bit frightening because I heard in the news that the flood rises as time pass by. T__T
Ito ang PAMILYA Ko at AKODate: Sunday, Sept. 20, 2009 ![]() My family (Quezon city, 1999) Muli akong bumalik sa nakaraan.
Dear God, Thank YouDate: Saturday, Sept. 12, 2009 Dear God, There were people who reminded me of my mistakes, yet I did not listen. You gave me obstacles so I would listen to them. I learned, but I never made a change. For these, I am sorry.
The Pilgrimage within Davao CityDate: Friday, Sept. 11, 2009 It was one not-so-sunny morning when 2 of my classmates and I started to have a long travel to 2 Parishes (Toril & Calinan) and 1 Chapel (Catalunan Grande). Our teacher required us to have a pilgrimage. We decided to visit the three farthest locations from the downtown instead of visiting the other four locations (besides, it's a sacrifice!). Our first stop was the Sto. Rosario Parish in Toril. The Parish was very easy to find. We were amazed by the structural design of the Parish. It was a high ceiling and it was a very large place. I also liked the stained glass located at different parts of the Parish. The place was still under construction and there were few people who visited there at that time. ![]() A Place to pray for the aborted babies Next was the one and only Parish in Calinan. It was a 1 hour ride. We haven't had a hard time riding a jeepney. In fact, it was quite convinient. Anyway, when we arrived, the Parish was closed. The woman outside told us that there were people who tend to steal stuff from the Parish during weekdays that is why they lock the place. So, we stayed outside. On the other hand, before we left the place, I saw a place for prayer for aborted babies. It was rare for me to find something like that. So, I took time to take a picture. ![]() I am already T I R E D! Czar, Karl, and I were very happy because it didn't took a sweat to go to the two Parishes. When we arrived at Catalunan Grande to find the Adoration Chapel of the Pink Sisters, we had a difficult time. We walked as far as we could. It was veeeerrrryy tiring. We were exhausted! But at alas, we arrived at the place. The Chapel was so quiet. I could feel that the place was Holy. In the end, we still enjoyed everything! It was a great experience. I wish we were able to share those experience to those who did not come with us this day.
Mahjong- Saki!Date: Monday, Sept. 07, 2009 I am currently watching anime and one of my favorite is Saki. The story starts with a high school student whose name is Miyanaga Saki. Later, the Mahjong club of their school found out her ability to get straight 0 scores. The club members tried to convince Saki to join their club, until such time, Saki agreed. Then, she promised to go to the Nationals together with her team mates. ![]() ![]() At first, I thought it would be boring, but instead the portrayal of the Mahjong as a sport is really interesting. Sometimes I would ask my parents if they could teach Mahjong (too bad they don't want to). =( I always feel excited each time I watch Saki play Mahjong. The sound and visual effects in the anime are really cool. I really know that some would find Saki an enjoying anime to watch!
Yasia Fiesta!Date: Wednesday, Sept. 02, 2009 Our teacher told us that the Asian Youth Day will be held here in the Philippines. The AYD Pilgrim Cross visited Davao. I heard that the Cross only visited two schools in Davao, the Ateneo de Davao University and the Holy Cross of Davao. My classmates and I, together with 2B1 of the Accountancy div, was required to dance the Yasia Fiesta, the theme song of AYD 2009. Well, I really like the song. It has been my LSS for a while. SCHOOL: Everyone is still busy. There is so much to study about. Just this morning, my teacher re-grouped us in PHC Lec. It was my first time to be grouped with some N1 classmates. I really hope that everything will turn out good! (Smiles for all of us!)
