Just a few weeks ago my cousins visited us in Davao. We had bonding time together and I enjoyed it a lot. We played Soul Calibur 5, Tekken 6, and Just Dance 4 in PS3 almost everyday. @_@

Last Sunday, it was MTC(Mindanao Toy Convention). I attended but I didn't cosplay. I just took some photos with Sarah Jane de Ocampo. Well, it was good to see co-cosplayers again. I haven't seen them for months now. Here are a few shots I've taken.

I think I'll be busy forever. (✖╭╮✖)

I undergone Odontectomy via general anesthesia.
It took place in the Lung Center of the Philippines.
The only thing that made me uncomfortable was several skin tests (if I remember they tested 5 medications)
and they took blood 3 times for blood tests (just within the day -.-). ~(>_<~)

They gave me my tooth! Oh, I thought I'll never see my tooth. *(*´∀`*)☆
I'm so happy.! ヾ(@^▽^@)ノ It's an elective operation so it went well.

Right after my operation, my face was inflammed.
It took awhile before it went normal.
My dentist (which was also the surgeon) told me that I can have an implant after 3 months.
I'm looking forward to have a great smile again! 。◕‿◕。

It's been a long time since I was able to post something here.
I was really busy for the NLE that has taken four days ago. (>_<)o
Now, I'm just busy buying gifts for my family.
I was able to buy something for myself.
A headband with very bright orange studs.
It was really cheap but it made me happy. :)

Right now, I'm just waiting for K Project to update their latest episode.
I really wanna know what will happen next to the anime. X3

photo from jiuwihu

First of all, when I ordered this wig, I was first in doubt in it's quality because of it's price! It's the cheapest wig, I've ever found at Taobao. I was so excited when I received the package. It's neatly put in a box and it's arranged properly with other wigs inside. The moment I saw the wig, it's perfectly in shape!
This is an actual photo of the base wig. It's not shiny at all. Bangs are long enough to be cut according to how short I want it to be. Fibers are evenly distributed. Thickness is just enough to cover the real hair (though I wish it could have been more thicker). Yes, it's adjustable and stretchable! XD

Clip-on ponytails are the real thing!! They are just soooooo thick and it's really easy to manage. Fibers are nicely attached to the clips! Curls goes back it it's real form even after combing.

I super love Jiuwihu for replying soooooo fast! Packaging is real nice. They even give FREE wig cap on each wig you buy from them. Based on my experience, the quality is really excellent with it's super cheap price. I really recommend everyone to try buying from Jiuwihu!

It's actually my second time to buy a lolita wig from Alice Wig brand. As you can see on the actual photo, the wig is not exaggerately puffy which I like. The bangs of the wig is long just enough for the owner to style it according to own's preferences. The wig is not shiny. The thickness of the wig is medium which is just enough to cover one's real hair.

At the top of the wig, fibers are evenly distributed. Curls are just enough to make it puff and is also consistent. The best thing I love about this wig is that it's so soft and it almost feel like a real hair.!

Wig is also adjustable and expandable allowing almost any size of head to fit in. It has small fibers just before it's cap.
This is an actual photo on how it looks when it is worn.

Sj and I cosplayed characters from D. Grayman. She was Allen Walker and I was Lena Lee. It's my second time to cosplay with Sj! She was sooooo cute in Allen costume. I hope I also did well in my cosplay.

I was also excited to meet cosplayers from General Santos City. It's my first cosplay outside Davao City. I was a bit nervous. I barely knew somebody there. So, I talked to strangers whom I just met. I was also eager to take some pictures to other cosplayers, but I wasn't able to do much of that there because I was wearing my costume and my feet hurts already (I was wearing a high heels shoes).

We did not have our lunch because we were afraid of getting late and not being able to join the contest. At the end of the day, SJ treated us at Bigbys!! We are all happy and--- HUNGRY!!
My friends and I would not meet a few days again. I will really miss them!

The place is actually educational. You'll know about Filipino culture by just walking around. There are statues of different things such as Filipino natives, Philippine presidents, and etc. Then alas, I felt tired walking and sat down for quite awhile.

Finally, my newly found friends came. We talked for almost an hour and another hour for the photoshoot. I think, I did most of the talking. But seriously, I was really shy!

So first, it was a sweet lolita~ I'm a fan of lolita so much!!! I wasn't prepared to have a photoshoot of a lolita. *phew* I really hope I did great.

Next was an Allen Walker of D.Grayman. I really wanted to have that 'exorcist' feel. So we did it in a cave. But then, I'm still new in photography and I don't have such equipements. I really admit it, the pictures I took are noisy. T_T I really hope that this photoshoot has helped me a lot to improve my skills. How I wish there's someone there who knows better so that I was able to learn properly!

Well, I was not able to have a 'good nigh' sleep. I'm still sleepy. There was debut party going on beside the house that we slept into. The loud music they were playing lasted until 2am [I think]. An accident happened in there also. A six-year old kid just died because she drown in the pool. It was already too late when they noticed her. The poor girl's body was already floating in the water when they saw her.
It scary knowing about it by the time I woke up. But then, life must go on. So, I went with my mom in the school's office and had and opportunity to use the computer.
I saw SJ posting a picture of Kyary Pamyu Pamyu in my FB profile.

I was looking at her shoes!!! It was almost the same to the shoes that was given by my brother as a gift. Seeing it just really made my day. LOL I know it's very low of me, but then I can't help it, I'm a fan of Kyary after all~ XDD

Now, I love my shoes even more~~ I'll treasure it. I knew from the very beginning we bought it, I was not wrong. I know I really had good vibes with that shoes when I saw it at Primadonna store. *_*

I was really thinking on 'why can't I buy her album instead of buying a wig'. But then wigs are really important to me because it's part of my hobby. I really wish someone would give an album of kyary as gift someday so that I would no longer need to spend so much on it. I'm trying my best to save money for something else. T_T

What happened while I was away in my blog?

1. Araw ng Davao: It's my first time to attend in a cosplay event during the Araw ng Davao. I did not cosplay, but I just took some photos. I never thought that many people would come and join the event. It was really H O T! I really admired those cosplayers who were there because it was really difficult to be in a costume with summer's hot weather. There were even kids! They're so cute. How I wish I was able to cosplay such a young age >_>.

Jaq-Jaq is recently one of my favorites every cosplay event in Davao City. He's been pretty good in this kind of hobby. The details of his costume is quite amazing as well and I really think he is also resourceful~ I also think he is quite cute *.* and oohh yeah, Gundams! They've been lurking around in Davao cosplay events since last year (I think). I just observed that since then, there are less Akatsuki cosplayers lately in Davao. I wonder why. o.o(?)

I'm glad my mother arrived for my Pinning and Ring Hopping Ceremony! I really want her to put the ring on my finger~! I really want to make her proud that I was also able to graduate in BSN program and become an RN just like her (yes, my mother is a nurse). So I was really happy that she came eventhough she's still tired from her travel.
"We finally made it guys!"-- Of course, the graduation won't be happy without my closest friends in college. They are actually my peers. They're the one who's helping me a lot in school (emotionally, physically, and financially xDD). They're my true friends. They're the one that I've been with during sad and difficult times in school. *phew* I'm kind of worried that we won't see each other more often--- but hopefully we will still be able to bond sometime.
So there guys, these are the important things that happened to me lately. ^-^

I'm graduating so I'm quite busy at school and forgets to blog. T_T But anyway, last Sunday[Jan 29, 2012], I just went to the first Kpop Convention I've ever attended. It's just a mini convention here in Davao City, but it really means a lot for KPOP Lovers.

There was even a dance contest! Gee~ I never knew that many from Davaoenios know how to dance! It was fantastic. I've never expected them to be so competitive. The audience was also captivated by their dance moves.

What I like about the mini convention were the times fan girls and fans boys are shouting for their biases! I know that their shouts were not therapeutic at all but still I feel soooooo happy hearing them shout! It's amazing how these people become so loyal and passionate to their biases!
Everyone's favorite was picture taking! LOL

THE REST OF THE PICTURES ARE HERE[CLICK]. ^-^V Enjoy~~

My mother and sister are now back here in Davao from Iloilo. That night, we ate our dinner at Moon Cafe located at Abreeza Mall.

We were served with delicious food namely Moon Steak, Chicken Mozzarella Cheese, Beef Steak, and Chicken Salad. I don't remember the exact names of these food but I am pretty sure that it's close enough to their real names. XD

MCS was really successful! I was able to wear my Classic Lolita dress which was made by my mother.! I really enjoyed it except that my feet felt hurt because of the killer heels that I was wearing that day.

I was really glad to be with my bestfriend for the two-day event. It's been a year since we last saw each other. I was also able to mingle with friends who were cosplaying Harry Potter and Nana. Ate Xiao and friends were cosplaying Kill Bill also.! First day of event was also Nicnic's birthday.! He treated us dinner!! It was really an amazing day!

Yesterday we had a seminar on Career Planning. It's just a small event that our class made in fulfillment for our requirement in our lecture. :D Everyone was wearing their formal attire.!

After our loving puppy, Dusky, died in an accident, new born puppies came to give us a smile!

note: I do not really sew. This is just how I thought a bow is made. I hope this will still help you.
1. Prepare ALL materials needed. Please refer to the picture for the materials. (Headband, cloth, scissors, stiffener, tailor's chalk, pin heads, needle, thread)
2. Cut two pieces of cloth with your desired length and width for your bow.
3. Use pins to attach the two pieaces of fabric. Note: reverse side should be facing outside.
4. Use tailor's chalk to draw sewing lines on ALL sides of the cloth.
5. Also put a mark where you are not suppose to sew. Note: This will leave an opening in your bow which will be helpful in the later part.
6. Following the sewing lines, do a back stitch.
7. On the part you did not sew is an opening.
8.Pull the inner part going outside.
9. Leave that opening as is.
10. Get the hard white fabric (stiffener) and trace the size of your bow and cut it.

11. Roll it and put it inside the cloth. Spread it inside.

12. Fold the cloth to make it look like a bow.
13. Sew the middle part of the bow to make it stable.
14. If you made another small bow, get a thin cloth to tie it together.
15. Cut and sew a rectangular cloth.
16. Roll it at the center of the cloth and sew it.
17. Attach your headband and you're done! :)

I was stuffed! I even had a bottomless iced tea to pair with it. We went to SM to visit my aunt there. She's a dentist and owns a clinic there.

Night came and my aunt invited us to eat with her and my cousin. We went to Safari Grill Buffet located at Torres. Their pork and chicken barbeque was the best!!! What's more- they even had eat all you can ice cream! Yes, you can get as many ice cream you want! >_>

I'm afraid that I need to loose weight. Semester break makes me fat. T_T

I saw clearly the moon with my two eyes the night before the opening of Palarong Atenista. Then, I realized that I never tried taking a photo of the moon (yes, oh the moon!). Using my kit lens (and yes, my one and only lens), I tried getting a glimpse of the moon on the window of my room. I'm still learning so it really took me long D= .

Yesterday, though I live in Davao City, it was my first time to be able to go to People's Park. WOW! It was amazingly beautiful! I never thought that Davao City had a paradise in the heart of it.

On that same day was the long awaited opening of the Palarong Atenista. I was again proud to be part of the College of Nursing. It's not yet over of us eventhough there's only a few of us left in the vocation. As Shotz and Gem win as Champions in the Dance Showdown, they have proved to the other divisions that we are still as much as competitive in the past.! GO FOR NURSING! =D

Finally, I realized that this is the moment that I could take some pictures of my favorite puppy of my beloved pet, Yu Hu. Her puppy, which I named Dusky(his colors are more of a black with white stains), is a Dachshund. He belongs to the 2nd batch of puppies that Yu Hu had. Eventhough his mom, Yu Hu, is a pure Dachshund, his dad is 1/4 Husky and 3/4 Dachshund. Anyway, everything in his genes made him cute! That's why yesterday was a great opportunity to have his cuteness be an image!

So, I grabbed my camera and went to take a photo of him. In my opinion, I think he's that cutest puppy that Yu Hu ever had. Though his mom always gets angry at him because he always eats foods that are not meant for him.

Later that day, I decided to try out the wig I test-buy on Yi Wu SoFuBiz Wigs. (It's stunning to have a wig like it for a cheap price.!) But then, my cousin visited us because we are going to watch Buildex together that night. Anyway, I came up to an idea that it will be easier for me to take photos of the wig if she'll be the one to wear it.

She agreed. So, I let her wear the wig and an overly sized plastic glasses. I actually had fun and I know she also did.

I never thought that I could actually take so much pictures just in our house.! I was really glad about it. I was also hoping that through this, I can improve and make myself better with this hobby.

Beautiful and handsome nursing students had their catwalk on stage. Students danced according to their festival at the isle.

The day was just full of energy! There were dancing and singing. Smiles were seen constantly on people's faces. It was just terrific.!

In the end, everyone was tired and dry. But all over, it was worth it! Yesterday was the day that we need to prove that Nursing at school is still alive!

4. Open your photoshop and have the 2 photos into two separate layers

5. Use the eraser tool to erase the stool/chair

I was saying awhile ago that I was bored, but when late afternoon came- We have decided to make home-made pizza! I really tried my best to convince my mother. *__* We have dough, ham, mushroom, and cheese!

Was it good? It was great! Our little tummies were fulfilled! XD

My wound is not yet completely healed. I still feel pain and yet I went to school yesterday. Still, I need a classmate to help me walk around. Today, I decided to rest. The doctor says that I need to wait 30-90 days until the suture will be gone. I'm frustrated that I cannot do what I need to do at school.*sigh* I'll even gain more extensions in my duty because of my absences. I just really hope to get well and to be better. :(
PS: Later I'll go to Kim's house. It's her birthday tomorrow and she'll be celebrating it today! =D

And at last, we met our cousin, Buildex. I never met him before since he doesn’t attend in our family reunion, but our parents know each other very well. He visited the Dental Clinic at SM (owned by my uncle) for a dental check-up. Together with my two more cousins (Sam and Carmela), we met Buildex. He was friendly and nice. He even agreed that we will call him “couz’”.

It was amazing that a lot of people knew him. Just awhile ago, he was singing. Then, by the next look, people were already taking photos of him. He was not only in Davao City for his teeth but the Mayor also invited him to stay because they arranged a motorcade for him tomorrow. It's lingaw to know he's becoming a celebrity. Their family also shared that he already signed a contract with Star Magic. +__+ Basta, it was cool.

Surely, our family will continue to support him all the way long— manalo man o matalo +_+ AJA!

I was scared. I was crying and praying that everything will be alright. My mother stayed late and took care of me. I was safe, but guilty. My parents paid a lot for my surgery and the family has no income right now. This morning, my mother took bath of me. I cried and told her "sabi ko kasi sa sarili ko, ako mag-aalaga sa inyo..." and my mother told me "anak hindi mo naman kasalanan ba't ka nagkasakit. okay lang yun." .... since I was still at the womb of my mother, I was already causing pain to her. She experienced bleeding while she was pregnant to me. Ika nga nila "mahina ang kapit ko".
My parents love to me was just soooooo BIG that my heart melts. I just wish I could repay them someday. I just wish I could return their love ten times bigger! I just wish that I could be someone of use to them... and bare them no aches.

Our mother always told us that "family always comes first". You see our family is big that we became a CLAN in Digos City. BUILDEX's mom is part of our clan. So when we learned that his son got into PGT, everyone was just sooooo supportive. No wonder that his name in the tarpaulin was always "buildex DELA CRUZ pagales". His mother's maiden name never disappeared. Everyone started texting and campaigning via internet [I did too]! Just awhile ago our family was going crazy jumping and shouting because we were thrilled on what was happening on PGT!!! Mom was calling our relatives and telling them to vote and watch for buildex~ it was really crazy! XD I just hope when everything is over [just what Kris Aquino said], hopefully, Buildex will never forget his family that supported him and that he would remain humble.
FACT: Buildex's name was given by his father who is an engineer and that's why his name came to be.

I'm really glad that I browsed my files and found my old blog layouts. I was inspired to see what I have done in the past. I managed to make the same layouts with different designs. Everything just went back in me. I remembered using pastel colors, green and pink, and simplicity. I know this blog layout is not extra-ordinary, but I'm really happy with it. This is all what my brain can reach. But really, *__* I feel so fulfilled that at last, I'm back!
I really hope that I can manage to update and continue to write in my blog. Also, I'll try to blog hop too! :D
